Claim Form
In the event that you wish to make a claim, you need to download and complete the form using the link below. Details of where to send your claim form is included in the attached.
ERGO will request some information when making a claim to substantiate the claim. The below list is not exhaustive, depending on the claim circumstances our claim handler may request more information.

Change of Details / Cancellation of Policy (14 day cooling off period)
If you need to amend your event details or wish to cancel your insurance, please email contact@ergo-travel.co.uk
Please note the policy features a 14 day cooling off period. If you are cancelling the insurance outside this 14 day cooling off period you may not be entitled to a refund. Discretion may be exercised in exceptional circumstances.
