Choose your product
Once you have chosen your base (Element, Protect or Optimum), as standard you will be covered for the activities of a Rookie. If you are more experienced and demand cover for off piste ski insurance with a guide, then our Adventurer product upgrade may be your choice. If you are interested in slightly more extreme winter sports such as off piste ski insurance without a guide, then consider our Pro product upgrade.

Rookie Ski Insurance
This policy has been specifically designed for the ski and snowboard market with selected snow sports included. However, should you wish to be a bit more adventurous and want to start exploring more of the mountain, or the temptation of that untouched powder is too much for you, then take a look at our Adventurer product upgrade that will enable you to safely take your skiing to the next level…
Safety is still paramount and we strongly recommend you wear the right protective gear on the snow.
Rookie cover is our standard ski product, but you can easily upgrade the levels of activities with the Adventurer or Pro products.
Please note: There is also a variety of different non-winter sports activities you are covered for, please refer to the policy wordings for more information.
Adventurer Insurance
With our Adventurer upgrade, you still get all of the cover for skiing the piste, but you’re also covered to ski off-piste accompanied by a professional guide! We strongly recommend that you wear the right protective gear though.
A guide can safely take you into the backcountry and help you learn the safest and easiest ways to enjoy the powder. Usually reputable freeride schools will have avalanche safety equipment that you can hire from them; these include an avalanche transceiver, a shovel, and a probe.
If you’re the type of person who already spends most of your time up the mountain off-piste and you are used to riding the backcountry on your own, or you want to start learning how to slopestyle ski in a terrain park or half-pipe skiing within a terrain park then our Pro upgrade may be for you.
Please note: There is also a variety of different non winter sports activities you are covered for, please refer to the policy wordings for more information.
Pro Ski Insurance
Our pro upgrade level of insurance encompasses backcountry touring, heli-skiing, cat-skiing and now slopestyle skiing within a terrain park and half pipe skiing within a terrain park as well, giving pro skiers and snowboarders the cover they need to practice, perfect and enjoy all of the amazing experiences the mountain has to offer.
Want to get off the mountain? No problem, there’s also a variety of different non-winter sports activities you are covered for, refer to the policy wordings for more information.
Whatever your level, safety is still paramount and we strongly recommend you wear the right protective gear on the snow.
